All equipment on our site is thoroughly inspected and comes with a QC report, paid for by us, listing the condition and any relevant information. Buyers will know exactly what condition the equipment is in before it arrives.

Looking to Buy

Our Guaranteed Buyback Program is available on select items and helps you protect your investment from depreciating too quickly due to the manufacturer releasing a newer model, or a lack of work for the item you bought.

Once you find what you want, click the ‘Buy Now’ button. Fill in your information, and someone from our team will email you an invoice and instructions to make payment.

Once we receive your payment, we will instruct the seller to ship your purchase. Your payment will be held in escrow and only released to the seller once you receive the item, ensuring your money is safe.

We provide 48 hours for you to thoroughly inspect the equipment when it arrives and notify us of any issues that will be addressed before the close of the transaction.

An independent evaluation can also be arranged before purchase upon request. If you are not satisfied with your purchase at any time during the transaction period, you can return it, no questions asked, for a full refund. Looking to Sell

Are you looking to sell your equipment? We make it easy. Click the ‘sell’ button at the bottom of our home page and fill out the form, providing the information on what you are selling.

We will contact you within 24 hours to discuss the sale and then list your equipment on our site. Once we find a buyer for your equipment and their payment has been made, we will contact you with the good news and provide you with a shipping label free of charge.

We are fully transparent in our pricing and only take 7% of the total sales price, which covers shipping, insurance, marketing, and promotion of your equipment—no subscriptions or hidden fees, and we only get paid if your gear sells.

The Cindex manages the whole process from start to finish, providing complete protection so you have time for other things.
